Overview
World Building Group LLC is offering up to $10,000,000 in Series A Preferred Units to verified accredited investors under Regulation D, Rule 506(c). The offering provides direct exposure to ground up single-family residential construction projects in Atlanta's high-demand submarkets — managed by a team with more than 25 years of hands-on construction and real estate development experience.
Series A Preferred Unit holders are targeted to receive a 14% per annum preferred return, accrued daily and distributed annually. Units are senior to all other classes in liquidation, with a redemption option available after 36 months at the Company's discretion.
Minimum investment: $10,000 (1,000 Units at $10.00/Unit). No management fees. Annual unaudited financial reports provided to all Unit holders.
